Refund policy

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR IN STORE CREDIT (NO REFUNDS)

Dear Valued Customer,

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please keep in mind you will be held accountable for S&H or a restock fee. Shipping cost will be non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. It can be a hand written note with your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME, LIST OF ITEMS BEING RETURNED AND REASON FOR RETURNING ITEMS. 

To start a return, you can contact us at amrezyboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
